About the event

You may Zoom at home/office or attend a group meeting in person of the live Zoom with Dr. Kim Williams to ask your question.

Hear what cardiologists are learning about diet and the reversal of heart disease. Dr. Kim Williams, past president of the American College of Cardiology and internationally recognized cardiologist treated himself with a vegan diet. Williams read the research of Dr. Dean Ornish and revamped his approach to heart disease treatment.

You may attend in person at the Garden Center of Winter Haven to watch the Zoom, or attend via Zoom on your computer or smart phone. Both locations will allow you to ask a question of Dr. Williams.

Also, you may choose to watch the Zoom live stream on YouTube without the option of asking a question.

You will learn the answers to questions like these:

• Have you seen a reversal of heart disease with a whole food plant-based diet?

• My HDL cholesterol is very high-that means I am protected, correct?

• If I have high cholesterol does that mean I have to take a statin?

What is your question?
