Healthy Trail Mix

Need a fun and flavorful on-the-go snack for hiking, road trips, and more? Look no further than this tasty (and fully-customizable) raw trail mix!


  • 1.5 cups of your favorite raw nut or variety of nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashews, peanuts)

  • 1 cup of raw shelled seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened dried fruit (raisins, craisins, dates)

  • 1/2-1 cup of other items of choice, like cacao nibs, chopped non-dairy dark chocolate, air-popped popcorn, no-salt-added whole-grain pretzels

  • A sprinkling of your favorite spices like nutmeg, all-spice, cinnamon, etc.


  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, or place in a large bag or container and shake.

  2. Portion as necessary.

  3. Grab and GO!
